We understand that having a drainage issue can be distressing and unpleasant that's why we are here to help you every step of the way from our back office taking the call and your details, to the engineers on site.

I have been working as a plumber for the past 25years, I gained my qualification via a apprenticeship when I was 17 years old. I enjoy working for Heather contracts as I have a passion for drains, I also have passions outside of work such as the fishing and spending time with my family.

I have been working as a plumber for the past 14 years, I gained my qualification via a local government apprenticeship when I was 19 years old. I enjoy working for Heather contracts as I have a passion for drains, I also have passions outside of work such as the Formula one.

I work in the back office and have 13 years experience of working within a office environment. I enjoy working with Heather contracts as they encourage great customer service which is something we all aim for. I enjoy spending time with my family and dog.

Being the youngest member of the team makes me the happiest I am qualified in electrics. I enjoy working for this company as they have fun and encourage learning. In my spare time I enjoy photography, singing and horse riding but most of all spending time with my daughter.

A little look at what we do

We operate from a unmarked car, feedback from customers tells us that they don’t always want neighbours knowing if there’s a problem with the drains and we listened. We invested heavily in a camera small in size, but huge in performance. We feel our Ridgid camera does that.
Our drain camera is linked to a tablet that is given to the customer whilst we complete the survey. This tablet sees in real time, the survey being conducted. This allows the customer to ask questions instantly and prevents the customer having to huddle around our monitor next to an open and sometimes smelly manhole.
We are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We operate around the customers needs, we can come any time of the day at no extra cost. Just our normal hourly rate.
